With executive leadership experience spanning healthcare, human resources, compensation, talent development, and organizational strategy, Ed partners with healthcare organizations, nonprofits, and growing businesses to strengthen leadership, improve organizational effectiveness, and navigate complex workforce challenges. His consulting approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in real-world experience, helping clients develop solutions that are both strategic and sustainable.

In addition to his consulting practice, Ed serves as an Instructor in the University of South Carolina's Arnold School of Public Health, Department of Health Services Policy and Management, where he teaches graduate courses in the Master of Health Administration (MHA) program. He enjoys preparing the next generation of healthcare leaders by connecting academic theory with practical leadership experience.

Ed earned a bachelor's degree from Clemson University, where he received the Algernon Sydney Sullivan Award in recognition of exemplary leadership, character, and service. He later earned a Master of Health Administration from the University of South Carolina.

Professionally, Ed maintains four advanced human resources and total rewards certifications, including the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation and the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) credentials from WorldatWork. These credentials reflect a commitment to excellence in leadership, human resources, and organizational performance.
